Temporary Part Time Administrator

Working week: 22.5 hour per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays

Contract: Ongoing basis (min 1 month commitment required)

Hourly rate: £13

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Newbridge - due to the location of the role a car would be beneficial

Our client is seeking an Administrator with experience in facilities or property to join their team on a part time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail focused, and confident working with data while supporting busy operational teams. It offers a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual with strong administrative skills and an interest in contributing to a fast paced facilities and property environment.

Role Overview

You will provide essential administrative support, primarily assisting facilities and property-focused teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Log and prioritise reactive maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors as needed
  • Maintain facilities records, including schedules, compliance logs, and contractor information
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to arrange call outs and track progress of works
  • Provide general admin support, such as managing shared inboxes, raising POs, and processing invoices
  • Input and update property data in Excel and the property management database
  • Maintain property files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and organisation
  • Provide general admin support including inbox management and preparing simple reports
  • Assist with property enquiries, liaising with internal teams and external partners
Ideal Candidate
  • Confidence working with Excel (basic level required)
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Previous office experience within a property related environment would be a distinct advantage
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
