Temporary HR Advisor - ER & Union Relations (Hybrid, Notts)

Ashley Kate HR is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Nottingham area for a Temporary HR Advisor. You will act as a trusted ER advisor, handling complex cases, union engagement, and the full employee lifecycle in a fast-moving, blue-collar environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong stakeholder management, hands-on policy guidance, and CIPD Level 5. The role is hybrid, full-time, with an initial contract up to 3 months and potential longer-term opportunities.
