Temporary Credit Controller

Your new role
A skilled credit controller is required to join a business on a temporary basis. This is an urgent requirement, with an immediate start. This role can be worked predominately remotely with occasional travel to the company offices in Surrey. The temporary credit controller will be tasked with tackling the aged debt. Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing customer accounts to understand the true aged debt position
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Chasing aged and overdue payments by telephone and email
• Working with customers and internal colleagues to resolve queries and disputes
• Resolving misallocated cash
• Reporting on aged debt and attending regular aged debt reviews with management

What you'll need to succeed:

• Extensive Credit Control experience
• Experience of collecting debt from the NHS / public sector customers
• Account reconciliation experience
• Working with customer portals
• Confident working in a standalone, mainly remote role
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer-literate
