  • Manage credit hold processes efficiently, ensuring prompt dispute resolution and appropriate stakeholder escalation when required.

  • Perform monthly debtor aging, DSO, and variance analyses, delivering actionable insights and trend evaluations to senior leadership.

  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, customer operations, and finance teams to resolve complex account queries and influence positive outcomes.

  • Identify operational efficiencies within the credit and collections framework to enhance end-to-end Order to Cash performance.

  • Balance commercial priorities with exceptional customer service to maintain strong external trading relationships.

  • Promote best practice across the credit control department and provide team cover as required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Credit Control or Collections, ideally gained within a multinational corporation or Shared Services Centre.

  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) cycles and credit governance.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High degree of self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
