DescriptionTemporary Compliance Administrator, Reading:
- Raise and match POs - This can be complex and requires a keen eye for detail
- Maintain and update compliance documentation and internal records
- Support internal audits and prepare relevant evidence packs
- Assist with monitoring adherence to regulatory procedures
- Manage filing systems, databases, and version controls
- Liaise with internal teams to gather required documentation
- Help track policy updates and support implementation activities
- Provide administrative support to compliance and quality functions
- Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or compliance role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
This role offers Hybrid working and is office based in Reading Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Job Offer- Hourly pay between £14.00 and £20.00 dependant upon experience
