Temporary Community Engagement Specialist - Housing

Niyaa People is recruiting on behalf of a well established housing association for an experienced Community Engagement Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial period of four months.

The role supports customer engagement, tenant involvement, regulatory compliance, and continuous service improvement, with an emphasis on giving tenants a meaningful voice and evidence of customer focused delivery.
