Temporary Clerical Officer

Our client, a regulatory agency based in Dublin 24, have an urgent requirement for a Clerical Officer to join them. This will be a very interesting temporary assignment lasting until approximately the end of June.

• 35hour week
• Offices are in Tallaght, Dublin 24 (well served by Bus and Luas).
• Weekly salary at first point of CO Scale - €605.69 / €17.31 per hour

In this role, you will be working on administrative tasks, supporting the team and helping them in their ongoing digital implemention project.An important feature of your role will be to attend the weekly team meeting and draft minutes following this. It is essential therefore that candidates have strong experience drafting meeting minutes to a high standard.

In order to be successful in your application, you will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and have some experience in office administration alongside the minute-taking experience. You will need to be available for an immediate start and for the full period of the assignment.
