As a key support within the merchandising function, you'll be at the heart of trading activity-driving stock availability, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of products from order to delivery.

• Produce data driven sales forecasts to support trading decisions
• Raise and manage purchase orders, tracking progress end to end
• Proactively expedite deliveries and maintain product availability
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and drive OTIF performance
• Identify delivery issues early and implement solutions quickly
• Manage and analyse Supplier Compliance Charges
• Generate insights from data to support performance improvements
• Maintain system parameters to ensure optimal stock allocation

• Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis)
• A strong communicator, confident working across multiple teams
• Naturally analytical with a commercial mindset
• Proactive, detail oriented, and solutions focused
• Comfortable managing priorities in a fast paced setting
