Hourly Rate - £12.71 - £13.00 per hour

We are recruiting for a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover within a busy office environment in Sheffield. This is a confidential requirement and full details will be shared at shortlisting stage.

This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organised, and confident handling reception duties while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Managing front-of-house reception and welcoming visitors
• Answering and directing calls professionally
• Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor arrangements
• Supporting general administrative duties as required

• Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role
• Friendly, professional, and well presented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident using basic office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel advantageous)
• Reliable and able to step in at short notice
