Telesales Support Part Time immediate start

The Dennehy family have a long established name in the automotive industry, having been in operation for over 75 years. In 2011 Dennehy Motors Group became the proud holders of the Renault, Dacia, Opel, Fiat, Jeep franchise in Limerick.

It was awarded the Pro+ franchise for Limerick in recognition of the dealership's ability and expertise in dealing with business customers. It has won numerous awards for customer service over the years.

The successful candidate will be working on their own initiative to generate appointments for a Sales Event.

This candidate will have an initial database to work with and will be eager to increase this database within the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Following up sales opportunities/leads by phone.
• Scheduling test drive bookings.
• Logging customer queries.
• Conduct pre sales appointments by phone.
• Promote our sales service and accessories department.
• Will achieve targets or KPIs set.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, confident personality.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Good customer service skills.
• Have strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of the cars/motor industry a bonus (full training will be given).
• Full training will be provided.

Expected hours: 20 per week. Start Date: 12th May 2023.
