Role Overview:
We are looking for a Telcos Business Analyst to join one of our biggest clients, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, focused on delivering advanced digital solutions and high performance self service and eCommerce experiences.

Location: Lisbon or Porto (hybrid)
What you will do:
• Analyse end-to-end digital journeys (self service and sales) to improve conversion and performance
• Monitor performance against business objectives and identify optimisation opportunities
• Track and evaluate the impact of implemented actions
• Define, refine, and manage success metrics throughout the initiative lifecycle
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to support decision making
• Analyse, challenge, and refine business and technical requirements
• Run workshops to clarify requirements, identify gaps, and prioritise needs
• Align business and IT stakeholders and maintain requirement traceability
• Perform functional & technical gap analysis and ensure solution completeness
• Create and maintain Functional Design documentation (user journeys, integrations, business logic, data models, etc.)
• Define integration flows, API impacts, data transformations, and orchestration rules
• Validate design feasibility with architecture and technical teams
• Handover Functional Design to development teams and support delivery phases
• Support development, testing, documentation updates, and production transition
What you are like:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in IT delivery projects
• Strong functional background in Telecommunication Support Systems
• Experience with digital performance analysis (eCommerce or self service channels)
• Knowledge of digital security and performance (web and mobile)
• Understanding of technical components of digital solutions (web concepts, SQL/NoSQL, integrations, architecture layers)
• Analytical profile focused on funnels, metrics, conversion, and user behaviour
• Strong communication, synthesis, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with analytics tools and data visualisation (plus)
