As the market continues to grow, there has never been a better time for an Event Project Manager to join their expert production team.
The RoleDue to continued growth, the agency is looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to lead projects from initial kickoff through to delivery and debrief. This is a broad role where the Event Project Manager will use their technical knowledge and management skills to oversee every element of live event production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking the initial client brief and conducting discovery meetings.
- End-to-end project management, taking the lead on solo projects or collaborating on large-scale events.
- Working closely with in-house teams including design and graphics to create innovative event concepts.
- Briefing and managing external suppliers, including the procurement of AV systems and technical contractors.
- CAD design, formulating room plans, set designs, and technical specifications.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, including the creation of RAMS documentation.
- Managing budgets and overseeing financial reconciliation and cost management.
- On-site project management, representing the company as the main point of contact and managing technical rehearsals.
Candidates should ideally be an experienced Event Project Manager with 2-3 years of professional experience across a range of venues and event sizes. A strong background in technical event production (lighting, video, audio, and rigging) is essential to effectively manage suppliers and site crews.
The successful Event Project Manager will be proficient in AutoCAD LT and possess excellent computer literacy. Most importantly, we are looking for a proactive individual with a high level of creativity and a "can-do" attitude who is willing to travel for short periods to deliver world-class projects.
