• Develop and oversee Technology Operational Readiness Strategy.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Automation, IT, Quality, Manufacturing, Digital, Cybersecurity, and external partners.
• Lead all aspects of change in relation to technology introduction.
• Carry out risk identification and mitigation.

• Extensive experience within GMP manufacturing technology.
• GMP Capital project experience.
• Experience leading operational readiness for technology, automation and other systems.
• Strong experience with GMP, Data Integrity and other regulatory requirements.
• Good knowledge and experience with PCS/SCADA, MES, infrastructure and enterprise digital platforms.
