Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Senior Customer Engineer!

Job Overview:
Work as part of a Ring-Fenced Team of 15 engineers covering the London area, supporting various customer accounts including government and banking. This role involves desktop and server support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and requires government security clearance.

Location: On-site, London SE1 8HL
Daily Rate: £25.15/hour via Umbrella | £19.38/hour via PAYE
Contract Length: 6 months (03-Nov-2025 to 30-Apr-2026)
Start Date: 03-Nov-2025Timing - 7.5 hour working day between 07:00 - 19:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and laptop support in Windows 10/11 environments.
• Support Mac OS devices including MacBooks.
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and mobile devices (Apple, Android).
• Floor walking and walk-up Tech Bar support.
• Configure laptops/desktops, add printers, map network connections.
• Perform Workstation setups, moves, and changes.
• Support server technology including HP Proliant, Dell, Lenovo blades, backups, and storage

Key Requirements:

• British nationals only - no dual nationalities or visa holders
• Active SC clearance or willingness to obtain
• Clean driving license - occasional travel to satellite sites
• Experience with Office 365, Teams, and Cisco technologies
• Ability to follow build/configuration scripts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
