Job Overview:

We are seeking a Tech 3 professional to support migration and refresh activities for our client. This role involves setting up refresh clinics, moving devices, refreshing laptops, and updating workflow systems under the guidance of the site manager and engineers. Active SC clearance is mandatory.

Location: On-site - Hereford HR4 7DD
Daily Rate: £25.15 per hour via umbrella OR £19.30 per hour via PAYE
Contract Length: 05-Dec-2025 to 10-Feb-2026
Start Date: 05/12/2025
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30
Note: Change freeze from 15/12/25 - 02/01/26

Key Responsibilities:

• Migration Set-up and Refresh Clinic preparation
• Move devices from onsite storage to the refresh clinic as instructed.
• Log in to systems using provided devices under engineer/site manager guidance.
• Refresh laptops and update workflow management system accurately
• Seek guidance from the Post-Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager.
• Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings
• Secure devices in onsite storage at the end of each day

Key Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
• Ability to follow technical instructions precisely
• Strong attention to detail for stock checks and workflow updates
• Good communication skills for coordination with engineers and site managers
