Job Description:

• 3rd Line support
• Support Windows 11 deployment project
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.
• Read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and system diagrams.
• Install, configure, and test hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth rollout and minimal disruption to end users.
• Maintain accurate service records and deployment documentation.
