Over de functie Your Role as a 3D Measuring Technician You will be responsible for performing interim, final, and repair inspections using 3D measuring machines. Your expertise ensures quality control throughout the production process, preventing errors and guaranteeing flawless components for aircraft such as the F-16 fighter jet, Apache attack helicopter, F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF), MQ-9 Reaper drone, and NH90 multipurpose helicopter. Analyze and compare measurement data against specifications, identifying deviations. Prepare Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and support root cause analyses (RCA). Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure optimal quality control. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering precise and high-quality work. You are proactive in ensuring products meet strict tolerance requirements and have a keen eye for quality, safety, and efficiency. A technical background through education or experience in the metal industry (MBO level). Experience with 3D measuring machines (Zeiss or Hexagon) and Calypso or PCDMIS software is a plus.
