Our client iscurrently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are thejob details for your reference:

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Location: Cardiff
WorkingHours: 09:00am to 5:30pm
ContractDuration: 11months +

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site IT support across our coverage area: Worcester, Gloucester, South West UK, and South Wales
• Provide hardware break-fix services and general troubleshooting (training available)
• Support clients with Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10/11 and Office 365
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards
• Participate in an on-call rota when required
• Ensure compliance with Government and customer-specific security clearances

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential for mobile role)
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft product suite
• Experience with hardware break-fix (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent customer-facing skills and communication abilities
• Willingness to undergo necessary security clearances

• A daily rate, in-scope IR35, of £ 14.54 (PAYE) OR £18.87 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).
