IT Support Engineer

£18.87/Hr through Umbrella

Contract
12 months

What We Are Looking For:
Experience in IT support or service desk environments.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and service level agreements (SLAs).
Hardware handling skills: triage, repair, asset tracking, and disposal.
Vendor coordination for warranty repairs and part replacements.
Stock and inventory management experience.
Process-oriented mindset with attention to compliance and documentation.
Proactive communication with team leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements:
*Active SC Clearance (Security Clearance).
*Experience in IT migration, device deployment, and stock control.
*Familiarity with workflow management systems and reporting tools.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured migration processes.
*Effective communication and coordination skills with engineers and site managers.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
