Technical Writer - End User Products (Contract)- Webex | Conferencing | Hardware

We're seeking a Technical Writer (Consultant) to support a large-scale London office move project. The role centres on creating engaging, easy-to-use documentation and communications that will help staff adopt new end user technologies with confidence.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with product engineering teams to turn technical detail into clear, accessible end-user content.

• Designing training materials, quick-start guides, and communications to support adoption of conferencing, collaboration, and desktop technologies.

• Keeping internal knowledge bases (including wiki pages) accurate and up to date.

• Building awareness through internal advertising and user communications that showcase new tools and standards.

• Working with vendors and stakeholders to capture the right technical information.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' experience in technical writing, ideally focused on end user technology.

• Strong ability to break down complex information into simple, user-friendly language.

• Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with both technical teams and external vendors.

• Experience updating documentation platforms (eg wikis, knowledge bases).

• Background in technology rollouts or office moves is beneficial, though not essential.

• Exposure to financial services is an advantage, but not required.
