The role

I am looking for a Software Engineer / Technical Lead who's as passionate about technology as they are about leadership. If you love architecting scalable systems, mentoring engineers, and delivering production-ready code, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of talented engineers through design, development, testing, and deployment
• Make architecture decisions for backend/frontend services with scalability and maintainability in mind
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business stakeholders
• Drive code reviews, technical mentorship, and promote engineering best practices
• Balance hands-on engineering with team leadership responsibilities
• Help grow the engineering team through hiring and onboarding
• You must have Node.JS and also React experience to work for this role

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading small to mid-size teams
• Proven experience designing and shipping production-grade systems
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business context
• A collaborative spirit and desire to grow others as well as yourself
• Must have B2B expeirence
• Marketplace experience desirable
• Must have experience working with Node.JS and React
