Salary: €42,500 - €48,500 per year ( $48,000 - $55,000 USD equivalent)

Type: Full-time in Madrid (Hybrid options available)

We are seeking a client facing bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join a leading player in the smart technology space in Madrid.

If you're fluent in both Chinese and Spanish, have a technical Support or testing skillset and are passionate about helping customers solve problems then this role is for you.

Experience from Communications or Network technology Industries with a background in Testing, Pre-sales or Product roles. Any experience with security technology (monitoring/CCTV, surveillance, Security camera), SMART technologies / IoT would be desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand project requirements and provide smart solutions
• Deliver technical product training to clients
• Create clear technical documentation
• Resolve daily technical issues with efficiency and a customer-first attitude

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or related fields
• Fluency in Chinese and Spanish (mandatory)
• Prior experience in technical support or testing roles in project environments.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Understanding of basic networking and electrical systems

Bonus:

• Valid Spanish residency or work permit
