Job Description

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, information systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Network and Security support position.
  • Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stacks and firewall security in an inter-networking environment.
  • Experience of managing Firewall, VPN, Proxy, IPS / IDS, DLP, Web and Email Security, Endpoint Security, cyber security products in hybrid structures, Identity Security and Access Management.
  • Careful, delicate, and suspicious approach for the network and system security.
  • Troubleshooting capabilities and solid problem-solving skills with proactive approach.
  • Very good in customer communication, self-confident to manage crisis situations.
  • Experienced in project follow-up and prone to teamwork.
  • Delivering technical solutions to both technical and non-technical end-users our support system.
  • Understand the computer science fundamentals and love to do research & development.
  • A passion to learn and keep up with the cutting edge technologies.
  • Someone who tries to find solutions that can be scaled.
  • Value teamwork and continuous improvement.

Job Description:

  • Define the problem of the customer, analyze it correctly and suggest the correct solution for problem.
  • Response the customers requests and manage their security products.
  • Providing high quality of 2nd level support for network & security related issues and projects.
  • Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced party.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Firewalls, DLP, Proxy, PAM etc. in order to deliver required security services.
  • Implement firmware upgrades and vendor-supplied patches according to the plans periodically.
