Executive Integrity is recruiting on behalf of a Successful, Award-Winning global shipowner seeking a Qualified, Determined Technical Superintendent with dual fuel engine expertise and PCTC (Pure Car & Truck Carrier) sailing experience. This is a Unique opportunity to join a Strong, Refreshed technical team managing high-profile, future-focused tonnage.

What will you be doing?

• Be the assured technical authority for dual fuel PCTC vessels, keeping them safe, compliant and commercially ready
• Drive improved performance across maintenance, drydockings and fleet KPIs, protecting uptime and budgets
• Lead and inspire senior ship staff with focused, brave leadership and a safety-first mindset
• Partner with Class, Flag, yards and vendors to deliver winner-level results
• Champion HSSE excellence and sustainable practices across the fleet

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Dual fuel engine experience is essential, with time sailed on PCTC vessels
• Chief Engineer (CoC Class I) or Degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering
• Proven Superintendent or senior sailing background with strong technical credibility
• Motivated, analytical and confident communicator able to influence at all levels
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment
