Kvadrat Ltd is seeking a Technical Specialist to support our sales team by providing expert guidance on product specifications, performance, and applications. You will bridge the gap between technical data and client needs, ensuring a smooth transition from enquiry to order.

You will build relationships with architects, designers, and industry professionals, contributing to Kvadrat's market presence and growth. Responsibilities include project coordination, technical documentation, and client presentations, fostering a collaborative environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the technical expert for client inquiries on Kvadrat's architectural products (e.g., SoftCells, Shade).
• Provide detailed technical data and explain acoustic control solutions accessibly.
• Support clients and internal teams with product knowledge and training.
• Partner with sales to offer technical support across sectors.
• Assist specifiers to increase product uptake and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Communicate project details clearly across teams.
• Maintain organized project files and attend site visits and meetings.
• Build relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends for up-to-date technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with Project Support and Key Account teams for project delivery.
• Use CRM systems and tools like Power BI for project accuracy and sales reporting.

Your profile

• Strong team player with presentation skills on and off-screen.
• Efficient in managing high-volume communications.
• Committed to quality and growth.
• Commercially savvy with negotiation skills.
• Construction knowledge and onsite experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role, industry experience essential.

Qualifications and competencies

• Architectural or construction background.
• Fluent in local market language.
• Skilled in questioning techniques.
• Proficient in planning tools and involving relevant specialists.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with entertainment abilities.
