Job Description
Job description Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to questions from both internal and external sales colleagues. These are typically second-line technical inquiries, where you indirectly assist customers by providing information on the applications.
  • Join customer calls via Microsoft Teams alongside an external sales colleague, providing support by creating simple drawings of the machine and illustrating the applications position within it.
  • Analyze machines together with sales colleagues to assess the application of the products, and approve drawings by verifying whether the machine's quality requirements align with the selected product.
  • Participate in projects such as developing layout plans for new machines, determining the order and functionalities required.
  • Examine returned samples from customers to identify potential faults or application issues.
  • Occasionally perform demonstration samples for customers or to illustrate the effects of the products usage.

  • HBO education. (University degrees in fields such as Mechanical Engineering may be considered overqualified for this position, given the role's specific focus and scope)
  • Experience with AutoCAD (from work, education, or personal projects).
  • Analytical mindset with a strong sense of curiosity.
  • Ability to answer technical questions from customers.
  • Support customers with machine settings and troubleshooting.
