We are seeking an experiencedand detail-oriented ProjectCo-Ordinatorto support the planning, execution, and delivery of technicalprojects. This role is ideal for candidates with agoodunderstanding of project management principles and a strong interest in technology, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.The role is in theGlanbia Enterprise Services division in Dublin/ Kilkenny (hybrid working arrangement) .

You will work closely withour team ofproject managers,all ITteams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.You will serve as a point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Primary responsibilities for this role will include:
  • Supported bythe EMEA Project Manager, managesmall to medium sizedtechnical projects
  • Workwithtechnical teams to understand technical requirements
  • End to end delivery of technical projects
  • Ensure all Glanbia standards and policies are adhered by the project team
  • Prepare and ownall project documentationtoensuring one single source of truth for theproject
  • Develop and maintain the project planand RAID logsin our PM solution Asana
  • Lead projects toagreed designs, timeframes and budgets
  • Management of project budgets
  • Regular status updates, presentations to senior stakeholders as required
  • Support the management of relationships with IT managed service providers
  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating and delivering complex programmes and technical initiatives.
  • Ability to learn quickly and immediately apply new knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environment

The skills and experience you will bring to the team
  • 3rd Level relevant project management qualification and experience in a globally dispersed organisation.
  • 2 years' experience in a PMor relatedrole
  • Desirable for this personto havetechnical experience or qualificationsin addition to PM requirements above
  • Asana experienceis desirable
  • Leadership and people management
  • Ability tocommunicate technical requirements to non-technical business stakeholders
  • Fundamentalunderstanding ofITinfrastructuresystems, including networking,servers andend-user computingenvironments.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Risk & Issue Management - Ability to resolve
  • Use of PM Tools
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Pro-active with attention to detail
  • Project prioritisation where regional, global and business priorities may conflict
  • Capex / revenue budget preparation and management
