A high-growth design and build firm is looking for a hands-on Technical Services Manager to take charge of projects from pre-con through to delivery.

You'll work alongside the Technical Director on complex, fast-paced commercial schemes up to £10 million . Projects are design-led, consultant-heavy and delivered to a premium standard.

What you'll need:
️ Strong technical delivery experience in D&B
️ Confidence working directly with consultants and subcontractors
️ Ability to lead projects from start to finish
️ Sharp eye for quality and detail
