Technical Service & Support Specialist - Dundee

Hutchison Technologies Ltd in Dundee, on-site, seeks a Service and Support Representative (Technical) to join a small, dynamic service helpdesk. You will log calls, coordinate rapid resolutions and maintain customer portals, with a focus on first-fix where possible.

Ideal candidates hold an IT qualification and knowledge of IP telecoms and data networks; experience in a customer service/helpdesk environment is welcome.
