Technical Sales Manager German

Job description A leading international LED lighting manufacturer is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager at their European headquarters in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities

• Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, distributors, specifiers, and influencers
• Develop and execute annual business plans for both new and existing accounts
• Maintain detailed customer data using CRM systems
• Understand lighting applications and how to deliver value to customers
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities
• Provide regular sales forecasts for assigned regions

Requirements Requirements

• Strong motivation to meet and exceed business goals
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in LED industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English and German (French or other languages are a plus)
• Experience in architectural or signage lighting is a plus
• Education in electrical engineering or electronics is a plus
• This role requires a background check
