Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Manager located in Kidderminster, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Technical Sales workload of our security solutions, managing key clients, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will involve enhancing and new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with the engineering team to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Technical Sales and customer service skills
  • 5+ years Client Management and Customer Service skills
  • Technical Support skills (CAD, Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the security or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Engineering qualifications, or a related field.
  • Strong worth ethic with a can-do attitude and approach
  • Be a team player
  • Proactive and able to use your initiative
  • Understand, and consider, the impact on the end customer and deliver high standards of performance
