Remuneration: £50,000 negotiable depending on experience +£15,000 bonusBenefits: company car or car allowance & comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Business Development Manager - Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & waterproofing systems such as; single play membranes, felt systems, hot & liquid applied waterproofing, ancillary and accessories
• All of your time will be spent selling to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants such as; Jewsons, MKM and IBNG
• As the role progressing looking at targeting specifiers and contractor
• Targeted to turnover circa £2.5-£3m
• Good blend of account management and new business

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:

• Must have sold a similar building envelope or roofing solution such as; guttering, roof tiles, insulation, flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding, facades etc
• Must have sold to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants
• Ideally have contractors and specification experience
• Genuine 'get up and go', hungry and desire to earn
• Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
