What you can expect:

• Technical consulting: You analyze customer requirements, translate them into tailor-made software solutions and provide our customers with technical support
• Product demos & presentations: Show what our software can do - live, understandable and with passion Accompany tendering processes: From the initial idea to the solution architecture to the handover to project management, you are the linchpin
• Technical interface: you work closely with Sales, Development and Support to deliver the best solutions
• Trade fairs & events: Be the technical face of our company and provide support at specialist events or (inter)national customer meetings

What you bring with you:

• A degree in a technical field (e.g. industrial engineering), in transportation / mobility or many years of experience in the public transport industry
• You have a high level of expertise in software as well as in public transport processes and structures
• A passion for technology and a strong technical understanding
• Experience in technical support, IT consulting or software development an advantage
• Enjoy explaining complex content in an understandable way
• Very good German and English language skills for customer-oriented and targeted communication with various stakeholders
• Flexibility across time zones and enjoy occasional (inter)national business trips (approx. 20% willingness to travel)
