What Will You Do?

• Source and recruit technical professionals from around the globe
• Work closely with clients to understand and fulfill their engineering staffing needs
• Craft competitive offers that work for both candidate and client
• Conduct online interviews focusing on both technical skills and the entire relocation process
• Join client visits and accompany candidates in interviews when needed
• Keep in regular contact with international employees already working in the Netherlands

What Do You Bring?

• A few years of experience in recruitment, preferably technical or international
• Strong communication skills and a high-energy, proactive mindset
• A good dose of perseverance and the ability to build trust quickly
• Fluent in English; you'll be speaking with candidates from all over the world
• An interest in engineering; we'll teach you the rest, but curiosity helps!
