Job Title: Technical Records Administrator Location: Brize Norton - Oxfordshire Salary: PAYE Rate: £19.65 per hour Umbrella Company Rate: £25.99 per hour Position Type: Full-Time, 35hrs End Date: 31/12/2024 - Likelihood of extension Hybrid 60% on SiteJob Description: As a Technical Records Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining technical records, documents, and data in compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will include: • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of technical records and documentation. • Organizing and categorizing technical documents in both physical and electronic formats. • Collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and quality control teams to gather and update technical information. • Verifying and cross-referencing technical data for consistency and reliability. • Monitoring and implementing changes to records management processes to improve efficiency. • Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation required for audits and regulatory compliance. • Maintaining knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and standards related to record-keeping. • Troubleshooting issues related to data management systems and ensuring data security and confidentiality. • Providing support to other departments in retrieving technical records and data. • Contributing to the continuous improvement of record-keeping practices within the organization. Qualifications: To be eligible for this position, you should: • Be eligible to work in the UK and not have lived outside of the UK. • Have previous experience in aerospace record-keeping or a related field • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Be proficient in using document management software and office productivity tools. • Have knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and standards (e.g., FAA, EASA) - a plus. • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Showcase problem-solving skills and adaptability. • Understand data security and confidentiality best practices.
