Technical Project Manager (ERP Transformation)

On behalf of Computershare, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager for a 12 month contract based in Bristol. (3 days onsite)

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage C-suite stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on programme progress, strategic decisions, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP transformation initiatives, ensuring software development activities align with business strategy, operating model, and technology roadmap.
• Establish and manage executive governance, steering committees, stage gates, and reporting frameworks to support effective senior-level decision-making.
• Coordinate software engineering, architecture, data, integration, testing, infrastructure, and implementation teams to deliver the ERP solution against agreed scope, quality, timelines, and technical standards.
• Identify and proactively manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints, escalating critical matters with clear options and actions.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, resources, supplier costs, and commercial dependencies to maintain financial control and maximise value from programme investment.
• Work closely with business leaders and functional stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with business process transformation, organisational change, user adoption, and targeted business benefits.
• Translate complex technical and delivery matters into clear business-level information, enabling C-suite stakeholders to make informed decisions and maintaining accountability for successful programme outcomes.

What you will bring to the role:

• Strong Technical Project Management experience.
• Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or similarly regulated environments would be advantageous.
• Comfortable managing technology delivery, governance, milestones, risks, and stakeholder engagement across complex programmes
