Project Manager - Cloud Migration (Digital Signage)
Location: Kraków (3 days on-site per week, hybrid)
Contract: 12 months | Start: ASAP | Type: Freelance/Contract

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the migration of on-premises digital signage systems to a cloud-based solution using the AppSpace platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end migration from on-prem to cloud

• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors

• Maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting

• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards

• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT project management

• Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure projects

• Knowledge of digital signage (preferred)

• PMP or similar certification (preferred)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with cloud architecture and project tools (eg Jira, MS Project)
