The Role

Utilizing a full range of in-house high-end AV equipment (sound, lighting, projection, etc.), this broad role involves working with the team to deliver mainly corporate conferences across the UK. It includes working closely with clients to exceed expectations and secure repeat business.

• Taking briefs from company Directors
• Being the main on-site client contact
• Reviewing AV specifications
• Conducting site visits
• Creating CAD plans (training available)
• Coordinating with hire, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Communicating with AV suppliers
• Booking and managing freelance crew
• Checking equipment prior to load out
• Managing setup and operation on-site

The Candidate

Ideal candidates will have strong technical AV experience and confidence in client interactions. As the face of the company, excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
