Your tasks

• Responsibility for technical operations and projects of an assigned customer base
• Support and further development of customer environments
• Advising customers on IT issues and projects (IT life cycle Management)
• Training and professional management of the assigned support team
• Conceptual work with responsibility for project success and cost compliance

What you bring with you

• Education and/or training in the field of IT and several years of practical experience in technical project management and customer support
• Very good knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft 365 environment (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams), VMware (Horizon VDI, ESX)
• Very good German language skills and strong communication skills
• Independent and structured work as well as analytical skills and the ability to work in a team
• Driving license (Cat. B)
