Global Technology Organisation - Dublin, Ireland

Contract Length: 11 months (extension possible)
Pay Rate: €38 per hour (PAYE)
Location: DUB19 - Corporate Office, Dublin (Hybrid - flexibility offered by hiring manager)
Working Pattern: 5 days per week (official), with flexibility when required
About the Role
A leading global technology organisation is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II to support large-scale Network Infrastructure programmes across the EMEA region. The role focuses on enabling low-latency content delivery services including Caching, DNS, Video Streaming, Internet connectivity, Peering, and Backbone networks.
You will collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to plan, design, and deliver complex network and data-centre infrastructure initiatives, working with globally distributed engineering teams. This role is ideal for a technically capable Program Manager who enjoys delivering high-impact, large-scale infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and consolidate customer and business requirements for network infrastructure deployments
- Forecast future capacity and growth requirements
- Partner with engineering teams to develop technical network designs
- Translate designs into structured programmes covering physical infrastructure, networking hardware, and connectivity
- Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and constraints
- Lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams to successful delivery
- Maintain clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT or technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Project or Program Management
- Demonstrable experience in Data Centre and/or Networking engineering or operations
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project or similar scheduling tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience delivering complex technology infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of multiple project management methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and large-scale infrastructure environments
- Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
