Working Pattern: 5 days per week (official), with flexibility when required

About the Role

A leading global technology organisation is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II to support large-scale Network Infrastructure programmes across the EMEA region. The role focuses on enabling low-latency content delivery services including Caching, DNS, Video Streaming, Internet connectivity, Peering, and Backbone networks.

You will collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to plan, design, and deliver complex network and data-centre infrastructure initiatives, working with globally distributed engineering teams. This role is ideal for a technically capable Program Manager who enjoys delivering high-impact, large-scale infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate customer and business requirements for network infrastructure deployments
• Forecast future capacity and growth requirements
• Partner with engineering teams to develop technical network designs
• Translate designs into structured programmes covering physical infrastructure, networking hardware, and connectivity
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and constraints
• Lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams to successful delivery
• Maintain clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT or technical discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Project or Program Management
• Demonstrable experience in Data Centre and/or Networking engineering or operations
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project or similar scheduling tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Experience delivering complex technology infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of multiple project management methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and large-scale infrastructure environments
• Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
