Technical Product Owner - Salesforce Marketing Cloud-Contract role

RED is currently looking for a Technical Product Owner to join a leading international organisation, supporting IT and marketing operations processes.

The role will have a strong technical and stakeholder-management focus, working across business, marketing and IT teams to support ongoing platform, process and delivery activities.

This is an initial 6-month contract with high chances of extension, minimum 24 hours/3 days per week initially potential to increase to 40 hours/5 days per week following the 6 months duration.

The client prefers flexible/hybrid working model

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, ideally within a technical or IT environment
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Account Management/stakeholder management background preferred
• General Project Management experience
• Comfortable working closely with IT and technical teams
• Good understanding of ticketing processes and workflows
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English
