As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap of advanced SaaS products that empower organizations to improve customer experiences through data-driven insights. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, leading the development of scalable, high-impact tools that integrate data science and machine learning. Collaborating with cross functional global teams, you'll ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and strong execution skills to translate complex ideas into real business outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Own the full product lifecycle - from strategy, discovery, and roadmap creation to delivery and iteration - ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, and design teams to build scalable, user focused applications that drive measurable business value.
  • Manage backlog grooming, release planning, and sprint execution using agile methodologies.
  • Integrate research, usability testing, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and optimize the user experience.
  • Use data and metrics to monitor performance, track KPIs, and guide continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate strong stakeholder communication across engineering, DevOps, product, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and timely delivery.
  • Identify blockers, communicate trade offs, and maintain clarity on priorities and business impact.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management within high growth technology or data driven environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven success in delivering SaaS products end to end, particularly in data intensive or analytics driven domains.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile workflows, and tools such as Jira, Pendo, or Confluence.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts such as CI/CD, data pipelines, and governance principles.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing, user research, and product performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate autonomously in complex environments.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with experimentation, data interpretation, and continuous optimization.
