Our client is currently seeking a Technical Manager to join their team based in South London. About the role as a Technical Manager

As a Technical Manager you will be supporting the technical team and reporting to the Senior Technical Manager and Technical Director, ensuring day to day activities and tasks are delivered accurately and on time and provide technical support during land buying, planning, sales, construction and post construction.

Requirements for a Technical Manager

• Experience with a large developer
• Experience within a similar role in the residential field
• Excellent communication skills and team work Ab
• Ability to manage external consultant team and ensure all deadlines are met
• Knowledge of the full development/ technical process.
