Technical Leader (Aviation Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of delivery processes and workflows across engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure process adoption and continuous improvement
• Provide expert guidance on integrating AI into software development and testing pipelines
• Act as a change agent, driving technical excellence and process maturity
• Facilitate workshops and technical discussions with clarity and impact
• Negotiate and align with stakeholders across departments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles within software engineering
• Strong hands on background in process design and delivery optimization
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in software development and testing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and inspire cross functional teams
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
