Location: London - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead to guide the design and development of enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves leading development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to drive innovation and technical excellence.

Lead development activities across Power Platform projects, ensuring delivery of robust and scalable solutions.

Collaborate on solution design with architects, developers, and business stakeholders, providing technical guidance throughout the lifecycle.

Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance for Power Platform development.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, and quality checks to ensure technical excellence.

Support integration of solutions with Dataverse, external APIs, and enterprise systems.

Champion the use of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices for Power Platform delivery.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Stay updated on new Power Platform features (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder) and advise on their adoption.

Proven experience leading development in Microsoft Power Platform projects.

Strong knowledge of solution design, architecture, and delivery best practices.

Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to ensure technical quality, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.

Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (2 days per week onsite in London).

Hands-on expertise across the Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder).

Experience with Power Automate Expressions and Power Fx for custom logic.

Knowledge of Dataverse data modeling and integration.

Proficiency in unit testing, code reviews, and technical governance.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for the Power Platform.

Prior experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and team guidance.

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of impactful Power Platform solutions.
