Technical Functional Analyst

TMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Functional Analyst with a solid foundation in software development to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

About this Vacancy:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Act as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Participate in solution design discussions, leveraging your technical background to propose feasible and scalable solutions.
• Support development teams during implementation, providing clarifications and ensuring adherence to requirements.
• Conduct functional testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and technologies.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role with a strong technical background.
• Hands-on experience with:
• C#; .NET Core; React.js; SignalR; Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and real-time communication protocols.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong asset.
