Are you a customer-focused Technical Engineer with a passion for providing hands-on IT support? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our client's small, dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for deploying, collecting, and preparing devices, managing assets, and closing tickets. You will work across various sites in Derby, ensuring their IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Key Requirements:

• A valid full driving licence is essential for travel between sites.

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team.

• Applicants must hold current SC (Security Check) clearance.
