About the Role

This is not a product-focused role-it's about transforming how the business operates. You'll:

• Own the technology strategy and operations, building a roadmap of high-impact, scalable improvements.

• Build and scale the tech function from a small team.

• Can balance strategic vision with operational delivery, leading from the front while staying close to detail.
