Technical Design Lead - Real estate domain

Our client in Sheffield have a contract Technical design lead role, the ideal candidate must have:

• Experience leading design and development in complex environments
• Strong understanding of cyber controls and secure development methodologies.
• Confident in technical discussions, code reviews and contributing to codebases or prototypes.
• Stakeholder management skills, effective communicator, able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including non technical stakeholders.
• Drive the design and delivery of technology solutions for Real Estate, from concept through to deployment.
• Architectural Vision: Develop and communicate architecture roadmaps that balance robust engineering with innovative applications, including automation and bespoke solutions across SaaS and internal platforms.
• Ensure all designs and solutions comply with established cyber security controls and secure development practices.
• Promote best practices in design and development, ensuring alignment with organizational standards while encouraging new ideas and continuous improvement.
