Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of technical services, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their priorities and challenges while driving service excellence. You will also identify growth opportunities, collaborate with sales and technical teams, and manage high-priority issues to maintain strong client relationships.

In short: This is a Senior -level position focused on service delivery management, client engagement, issue resolution, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Management: Ensure service delivery remains within agreed costs and meets SLAs.
• Team Coordination: Lead technical teams to fulfil contract obligations.
• Reporting: Provide detailed metrics and reports to stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact customers.
• Growth & Innovation: Spot opportunities to expand services and improve processes.
• Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience
• Master's degree with 6+ years experience
• PhD with 3+ years experience
• Or equivalent professional experience in service delivery or technical account management

Contract Details

• Duration: 12-month initial contract
• Location: 100% on-site in Dublin
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
